The stolen had carrying two suspects ran a traffic light and struck a few other cars around 10 p.m., near Westfield and Elmora avenues, city spokesperson Ruby Contreras said.
Multiple people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects fled on foot — with one in custody and the other possibly still at large as of Tuesday morning.
